How is the delivery done?
Delivery service is provided through Wolt’s courier service.
Products can be ordered every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Products are delivered within 1 hour of ordering.

Does the delivery service cover the whole of Tbilisi?
Delivery is carried out throughout Tbilisi.

What happens if I do not receive the order on the spot?
If you do not meet the courier on the spot, the order will be returned and you can pick it up at the store (Sarajishvili Avenue # 2).
In addition to on-site delivery, can I pick up a product purchased at the store?
Yes, if you specify the “take it from the store” method when purchasing. The store is located at 2 Sarajishvili Street. Working hours from 10:00 to 18:00 (break 13: 00-14: 00), Saturday to 17:00, except Sundays.


What payment methods do you use?
Payment can be made by payment, using a bank card.

Return / exchange

Is it possible to exchange or return the product?
If the name of the received product does not match the one ordered on the site or it turns out to be damaged / spoiled, you have the right to request replacement of the product and order another product of the same price. For this you need to present a defective product.
Otherwise, the item will not be returned or replaced.
